My computer isn't freezing up, but seems to be running slowly (I have a Windows XP Dell). I scanned the computer but there was no viruses or spams. My computer seems to be running slowly. Please help!

try different spyware like spybot,spysweeper,adaware do you have a firewall like zone alarm?
