I'm trying to uninstall it but when i press Remove all, my computer stucks and i have been waiting for an hour 卢卢is this normal?

Norton is difficult to remove but for your computer to freeze for that long, it would indicate a problem.

First download the appropriate Norton Removal Tool

Close all open windows and running applications then run the Tool or you can try and run it in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.

After the tool has run, reboot your computer.
