I have a four computer in my office, connected with Local Area Network and Remote Desktop.
If i am unavailable and my system is on then how do I know that other user is working on my computer using Remote Desktop.
*We are using Microsoft Windows XP Professional

I strongly recommend a computer consultant including security consultation that you should know you won't get for free here or anywhere. I say this because you claim you are a business owner with at least 4 computers and are also using a dangerous access application security wise. If anything goes sour - do know you are financially responsible for damages including data theft....

In other words - ''wake up calls'' may be misunderstood as insulting comments, but quite the contrary here. Best of luck with all concerned. Personally, my point was I would never allow remote access to a business network, rather I preach adherence to the Accounting Principles Board as to being in the way of ''removable data'' rather then sensitive information stored on the hard drive. But that is because I have a basic accounting degree is why that aspect of things.

setup a network with all of those computers on them all you have to do is click on the pc that you want to check. it is easy to setup. parents has been doing this for years. good luck hope i was helpfull i would tell you how to setup your network but i don't have enough room.
