Computer Restarts by Itself! (AKA BSOD!)?

Okay. So, My comp used to restart by itself. So, I basicly Enabled the BSOD Feature (Blue Screen of death).

Now, when It comes it gives me this information:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical Information:

***STOP: 0x0000000A (0xFFFFFFEF 0x000000FF 0x00000001 0x0804E0417)

Immediatly, I did a Google Search. I came upon a solution, to do this:

Start%26gt;Run%26gt;Type ''MSCONFIG%26gt; Startup%26gt; Disable All.

This from what it seems like, disabled most or all of the processes for my startup. They said, it should stop the problem.

Further enough, I did more research and it got narrowed down that the cause could be one of the following:

-Conflict between programs

-Hardware Malfunctioning

-RAM problems

-Video/Graphics Card Problem

I use, AVG Internet Security, Ad-Watch, Spyware Doctor.

Also:

Windows XP Pro

SP 2

Good Luck. Report It

Format and re-install the wndows xp.
Do you happen to have a Lexar USB media reader? According to M$ one of the error codes you list realtes to that reader and incompatible driver.
