Hi yahoo ,norton security have setup f/wall without permission.?

my f/wall is windows and when i just tried to find out what was happening i was asked to dowload a registration???iwas told that access was denied.my computer has been running extremely slow for a couple of wks now (i may smash it up anytime soon . sincerely junkstreet1.............

personally i think you would be better off using the norton firewall over the wondows firewall

the windows firewall is very poor in protection and only has inbound protection

running two firewalls will cause some problems

if you dont want to use the norton firewall it can be disabled

There is no security on the internet. There is a presumption of security. And people buy it. But it is the internet, if you want to keep something to yourself, never put it ona computer that accesses the World Wide Web.

norton will do that unfortunatly, i had it once and it interfeard with everything, even changing my internet homepage.

if you get avg security it will do more than norton and you can get the free edition with avg.
