Can anybody tell me why every time i turn my pc off ,i get the update instalation logo,that says its going to update before it shuts down,but it always says its installed 2 of 2, but says it every time,every day!! Ive checked my update history,which says it has updated every day,even sometimes twice,for the last couple of weeks,the same one,but its always there again???the update it always needs to install is the same one,which is....

you have a stuck update. go here and follow the instructions, that will solve your problem.

Maybe its having problems completing the update..
Call Microsoft, your Windows Update Installer is corrupted.
The call should be free.
First try to give it longer time to complete the installation.
You can control the frequency of updating or switch off all together. Just go to the control panel.
